Account and Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your Vitametria account and all associated personal and medical data, you can easily do so by following the instructions below. You do not need to have the app installed to submit a deletion request.

How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email to support@vitametria.com from the email address associated with your Vitametria account.

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Body: "I request that my account and all associated data be deleted."

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon your request, we will permanently delete the following data from our active servers:

• Personal Information: Your name, email address, and authentication data.
• Medical Data: All uploaded lab results (PDF files and images), manually entered biomarkers, and symptoms.
• AI Reports: All personalized health reports and recommendations generated by our artificial intelligence.
• Family Profiles: All data associated with additional users (family members) linked to your primary account.

How to delete specific data without deleting your account

You can manage and delete specific data directly within the Vitametria app at any time:

• Analyses & Biomarkers (Deleted Immediately): You can delete uploaded files (PDFs/images) or manually added biomarkers. Deleting a file instantly removes all biomarker values recognized from that document. You can also edit or delete individual biomarker values and custom reference ranges at any time.
• Family Sub-profiles (30-Day Recovery or Immediate Deletion): When you delete a sub-profile, it enters a 30-day recovery period, after which it is permanently deleted along with all its associated analyses, biomarkers, and reference ranges. You also have the option to bypass the recovery period and permanently delete the sub-profile immediately using the respective button in the app.

Alternatively, you can email us at support@vitametria.com with a request to delete specific data while keeping your main account active.

Data Retention Period

Your deletion request will be processed within 14 days. After processing, all the above data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We do not retain any of your medical data after account deletion.
