Developer accounts in Apple App Store and Google Play Store are registered under FOP Bohorada K.O., acting on behalf of and in the interest of LLC "VITAMETRIA". All obligations under these Terms are borne by LLC "VITAMETRIA".

2. Service Description

Vitametria is a mobile application for storing, tracking, and analyzing medical laboratory test results. The service includes:

  • Document recognition: upload photos or PDFs of lab reports; our system automatically extracts biomarker values.
  • Biomarker tracking: view history, trends, and reference ranges for your health indicators.
  • Multi-profile management: add family members (sub-users) to track their health data under your account.
  • Health reports: AI-generated summaries and analysis of your biomarker data (Pro feature).

3. Medical Disclaimer

Vitametria is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.

  • The app is a data management tool for organizing lab results.
  • Biomarker recognition is performed by automated systems and may contain errors.
  • Reference ranges are for informational purposes only and may differ from your laboratory's ranges.
  • AI-generated health reports are informational summaries, not diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

We are not liable for any health decisions made based on information displayed in the app.

4. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may create sub-user profiles for family members (including children) under your supervision.
  • One person may have only one account.

5. Subscription Plans

5.1 Free Plan (Freemium)

Available to all registered users at no cost:

  • Upload and recognize lab documents.
  • Track biomarker history (up to 6 months of trend data).
  • 1 user profile (your own).
  • Basic reference range comparison.

5.2 Pro Plan (Subscription)

  • Monthly: 149 UAH / month.
  • Annual: 1,499 UAH / year (save 17%).

Pro features:

  • Multiple sub-user profiles — add family members and track their health indicators.
  • Full biomarker history — unlimited trend data (beyond 6 months).
  • Health reports — up to 2 AI-generated health reports per month included.
  • All Free features.

5.3 One-Time Purchase

Single health report — 99 UAH. Available to both Free and Pro users. Each purchase generates one comprehensive health report based on your uploaded lab data.

6. Payment and Billing

  • All payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the store.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's store settings: iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled exclusively through Apple or Google per their respective policies.

7. Free Access

Vitametria operates on a freemium model — core functionality is free with no trial period. Pro features require a subscription.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload content that is not medical laboratory documentation.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the recognition or AI systems.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Create multiple accounts.
  • Use automated tools to access the service (scraping, bots).
  • Interfere with service operation or security.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Vitametria app, its design, code, and AI models are owned by LLC "VITAMETRIA".
  • Your health data belongs to you — we claim no ownership over your uploaded documents or extracted data.
  • By uploading documents, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of providing the service.
  • This license terminates when you delete the documents or your account.

10. Data and Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Health data is processed only with your explicit consent.
  • Data is stored on EU servers (Germany).
  • You can export or delete all your data at any time.
  • We never sell your data to third parties.

11. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance with advance notification when possible.
  • We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services (Firebase, Apple, Google, internet providers).
  • Document recognition accuracy depends on document quality and is not guaranteed to be 100%.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
  • We are not liable for errors in document recognition or biomarker extraction.
  • We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data displayed in the app.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and agree that you are aware of the risks associated with the use of automated medical data processing systems.

13. Account Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time: Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently erased within 30 days.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, use the service for unlawful purposes, or engage in activity that threatens service security or other users.

We will provide 14 days notice before termination, except in cases of severe violations.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Updated "Last updated" date on this page.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine, Dnipro city.
